ouch! this is very ugly, not even in Timisoara(Romania), you don't see this big piece of crap on a bike lane! not even on a side walk.. this one should loose his licence, did you reported the incident to the police?

I never called the police in such situations so far. On the one hand, because I believe they do not really car about things like "cars on bike lanes", and on the other hand because I believe that it is more efficient to consider this as a political problem. Therefore, I sometimes write e-mails to politicians and members of the city gouvernment. If it is a car/bus/truck of a company, I also sometimes write letters to the company to inform them that their drivers use to park on the bike lane.
